For Administrators:

Microsoft Azure Integration and Security (AZ-101)
DevOps:
Microsoft Azure DevOps Solutions (AZ-400)
For Architects:
2 Streams are available.

The following are the popular resources found for supporting certification. Here I focus on developers and architects.
Azure Fundamentals (Free):
This is an optional course recommended for beginners.
For Developer:

Good rated course, very structured and hence could be a good one to start with. (Paid course, very affordable)
Practice Exams (Paid course, very affordable):
The other resources below are great but are not very structured for the exam, but will serve as a great learning resource.
